Our Mission
Here at the Gambian Community Association in Alberta, we seek to promote and preserve Gambian culture and heritage amongst members within the province of Alberta. We strive to promote diversity and multicultural engagement within the community and foster cultural understanding with other ethnic communities. We pride ourselves on being transparent, respectful and objective.
Our Projects
We are passionate about bettering the lives of Gambians, both, in Canada and back home.
The GCAA is currently discussing possible aid campaigns to provide health and education assistance to residence of The Gambia. Information will be posted once one is underway.

Our Future
We want to inspire our youngest members to continue celebrating their Gambian heritage. The GCAA hopes to create an environment where Gambian youth, and Canadian youth of Gambian descent, can become future leaders by taking part in programs, functions, and Association planning.
